★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really had a very very bad experience with Textile Zone.
They hardly accept any damages in the materials. I had a strong argument with them, after which they accepted to refund for the damaged materials (See the pictures below). But they didn't pay me the parcel charges met by me to send the damaged materials.
Quality of some materials was not good.
The person who responds through WhatsApp is very very rude and harsh. Once, for a mistake done by the parcel company, he started threatening me that he would send Police for enquiry. Later on after realising it, he begged for apology.
A big GOOD BYE to Textile Zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 sets of catalogs of dress material which is worth of 20k and all were damaged but the textile zone not accepted the damage and not given any money back or replaced the materials due to they committed that it's blade cutter not accepted.
It's a pathetic services and I afraid to buy the materials with textile zone. The way they respond very rude.
We pay complete money upfront before seeing the material and trust them they give the best services and quality. But I lost my money with them and trust aswell.
I suggest please do not buy from this service provider. It's reallya bull shot company and fraud company cheating us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Bought 1 whole set catalogue and paid for stitching. Before paying they promised to give me boutique stitching and best service. Also promised to check everything before sending. It's a total waste of my money. I'm abroad and they want me to send the suit at my cost for refund which is not possible to send it back as it will cost more the suits.
I should have done more research online and reviews before buying. So many negative feedback here. After arguing for a week they are happy to give discount of 180 rupees on each suit on my next order. I can't even buy a reel of thread for that amount.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO THESE BLOODY FRAUDS.

And the best part is the price they offer. Trust me, if you ever try to compare their prices with other vendors....u simply end up wasting ur time as their prices are always tuned lowest.
