★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff tried to sell stained fabric and when confronted, the staff showed a very unprofessional and rude behaviour. This was my last visit to the shop. Won't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feeling cheated... Bought 20 meters yesterday and paid double the price...realised it when I showed my purchases to others. Most of the materials I bought are bleeding. The salesgirl assured me the colors will not bleed. It was my last visit to this shop..I don't recommend it at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional working atmosphere, wasting of time if join there. No HR policy, only harassment ,torture ,all owners play politics against employees and they have compition among to insult more and more unnecessary after getting their urgent task or pending work. They always ready take a credit themselves like they did almost. So do not waste your career' s important time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually not the person to take to it social platforms, but i really couldn't stop myself from writing a review for them!
A. They share some other pictures of the fabric.
B They sent another colour fabric.
C. Owner got extremely rude and even called me mannerless for no reason (I wish I could share screenshots for you all to judge if at all I was mannerless)
D. He even refused to refund my amount for sending the wrong colour of the fabric. He asked me to send the fabric first for him to refund. But this was not the case while i was ordering with them. They take full payment before dispatching the fabric. Why should i send the fabric and wait for their refund?
I would like to highlight the fact that I run a respectable store in Delhi. In my five years of experience with multiple vendors of Delhi, never have I ever faced such behaviour/language from anyone. It is extremely saddening what I went through today for no fault of mine.
I urge you all to please not accept any kind of bad behaviour from your vendors for no reason. You all are doing respectable work and in no way anyone should demean that.
Would not even rate them for this! They deserve nothing from me, but to post i have to choose atleast 1.
