When i called the seller regarding the same she said that she has sent me the correct one, I asked her to look at the pic which i sent her at the time of purchase, but she denied saying , no i have sent you the right one. Fake person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dagina has a good collection of jewellery no doubt, but they need to deliver what they say. Had been to the place at Pune during my stay there through their Instagram publicity. But turned out to be a bad experience.
Major issue with customer service I would say.
"Once you buy the product and it leaves the store we are not accountable for what happens to it" were the exact words put across. The after sale service needs to improve for sure, specially since the jewellery items they guarantee are good quality.
The owner told me I will have to pay for getting a jewellery piece I bought fixed, which is OK but the jewellery (Kaan) broke in a day while wearing it. Why do I pay for something which breaks in a day without any use? After a debate she finally told me to send the jewellery back and asked me not to spoil her day, told me she'll give me a refund since that's what I want (I never asked for it) I just needed a solution. It was clearly mentioned to me that there have been no defects in the past, there won't be any now. You pay for getting it repaired and also the courier charges in getting the repaired piece to be sent back which I was CLEARLY NOT OK WITH. Not explaining further, it was a bad experience, had to pay 150 courier charge to get 900 refund.
Also they had mentioned the BILL will be sent to mail which was not shared across after multiple reminders. For a purchase of about 6k I do not have the proof of purchase.
I stay in Mumbai and going there for gettting a bill will be a costly affair. Felt cheated.
It's not about how you react when you get compliments, it's about how you solve an issue when you have a complaint is what businesses need to learn.

Superb quality, service is too good and I always pefere to buy jewellery after wearing and checking on on me.. also they have best quality dresses for girls.. ? even i purchase gifting purpose arrivals from them in January.
