β β β β β Pathetic customer service... they said order will be delivered in 90-95 mins. Placed an order at 9pm! When checked at 10:35pm they were still preparing the food. They said it will take another 30 mins for the food to deliver.
I told them to cance the order and the person on the other side didnβt even take a second to do it. He just said okay and kept the phone.
They donβt value customer and business.

β β β β β Awesome food. Would have been 5 stars, but they really need to change their packaging. Huge amounts of single use plastic. Just need to look around the city to see how big a problem it is. Not really acceptable for a good restaurant like this anymore.

β β β β β The previous few times that I had ordered from Thaicrate, I had very good experience and the food was quite delicious. However, today when I ordered it was quite the opposite. I had ordered yellow fish curry. While the curry tasted nice, soon after I began to eat the fish portion of it, I experienced severe stomach pain. A few minutes into the meal and I could eat no further. It is possible that the fish was stale.

β β β β β I love the food from Thai Crate, itβs authentic, delicious and the quality of the ingredients used really shines out in the food. If youβre craving Thai or Chinese food or just feel like eating something from outside without the grease and artificial flavors, Thai Crate is the place to order from. I have never been disappointed by them. Packaging is super and reusable. We have also ordered in bulk from them for parties and theyβve done a great job (I believe they cater as well). Do try it out!

β β β β β Had ordered a plate of veg spring rolls. They arrived damn oily and soft. Had to air dry them to make them crisp. The filling was good and not that spicy. For the price, they were not upto the mark.
