★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review was long due . My parents have been using their service to send parcels to Canada and the US for the past several years. Easily about 10- 15 kilos each time. The staff is excellent, they pack your items so well and they know their job and the rules around freight. Most of the times we have recieved our package in 3 to 4 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. They misplaced my parcel worth 6000 and now are totally not responding to complaints! Highly discourage using this service. Totally disappointed.
Oh, thank you so much for showing concern now, when we came to your office we were asked to go back because "madam nahi aye hain ". Also not responding to our calls. We ourselves talked to people in courier offices and tracked down our parcel. With zero help from your end even after whatsapping all the details.
