★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought malai sandwich today morning from Thakkar sweets Andheri West branch. 10 pcs. for Rs. 40 each, It was stale and tooo. tooo. sweet. The quality has deteriorated now and we are extremely upset for the price.
We have been your old customer from so many years and go with your name. This has been very disappointing.

Owner & staff is very rude to customer. Had placed 100 boxes of sweet of dry fruit sweet but insisted of dry fruit sweets he had packed mawa sweets which is very much shocking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and unethical behaviour. They charged us full amount for sweet and not gave one box of sweet which was cost around 1200 for half kg. When I asked them about the same they were not ready to accept their mistake. They don't even give me my money back neither the sweet. Though they charged high as compared to others, not giving satisfactory service. Don't trust them blindly, check ur order properly before leaving the shop.
