★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had attended the 7day course on Baking. It was a totally wonderful experience. There is more to baking than just cakes and biscuits. Minute things were taught in details which actually go a long way in improving the end result. Support from Chef Chetan, Mr.Ashish, Vipul, Nilesh....was fantastic.Looking forward to more such short term courses... especially on weekends to enable working women attend and learn more from such courses. Thanks TIHM for providing this opportunity....
