★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever , the only Natural ice cream parlour where only takeaway is available. & staff didn’t inform us or mention any where it’s ONLY takeaway otherwise we wouldn’t have taken the ice cream , If your staff can take so much time to make ice cream then why can’t we finish off there , I have thrown half my ice cream in your bin when your staff rudely inform you can’t wait longer, Ha waise bhi it’s was worst taste ever in Natural Brand ke naam pe kalank hai . ?

At the end of the day, you are paying a premium for the differentiated experience…
Had ordered 2 cups of Belgian dark chocolate, one with chips and the other plain. Kid at home specifically wanted the Belgian chip flavour. Now, it is standard service for the attendant to mark out when 2 identically looking flavours are ordered. (both plain and chip look the same).
The attendant missed doing so, which is not that bad. But when I asked him to do it, he just randomly marked one. This of course was discovered only at home, when the right flavour was served to the unintended person (a guest), in turn disappointing an eager child only because someone wasn’t serious or dutiful in serving customers. This was clearly not a ‘mistake’ but display of extremely insincere attitude. Probably the staff are not adequately paid… Well, next time there’s craving for ice cream… Naturals/Thancos will be the last choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to hang out! They had so many things to try, we can say this is an ice cream parlour. They have roll and stone, must try their mango stone I waited an entire year for the season because they use natural fruit for that. delightful and tasty I hardy visited somewhere else for ice cream after thancos! KUDOS ✨
