β β β β β This is very happening place in the heart of the Thane city. They have many programs throughout the year for citizen's of Thane to benefit from. I am visiting this place for mainly slideshow, talks and grand annual exibitions from variuos photography groups. Very well maintained place, relatively calm from the outside noise. If you are staying in Thane or in Mumbai this place is worth visiting if your subject of interest is one mentioned above.

I visited for daughter's drawing competition held by thane vaibhav newspaper and shikhar art.
I got surprised when I saw my daughter's pic was displayed there. Thanks to her art teacher.

β β β β β Good art gallery but as usual place for corruption by TMC. The toilets are not cleaned daily. The entire area needs to be kept spotless. The AC halls are in bad condition as well. The blinds are not in place and the projector is poor quality. Lakhs of tax payers money is spent on paper but doesn't seem so in reality. Shame on TMC but overall good experience of the art gallery. Need good lighting as the spot lights at some places don't work. Good gallery for displaying arts like Photography, Painting etc. Sufficient parking space as well.
