★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project completion is most necessary here. The start was good and however many items are pending till date. Kids play area has not been created which is most important and should not be ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality products used. Bad maintenance,there is no luxury "wow" factor in this apartment. Gym, swimming pool, refreshment areas are still incomplete ,No community hall. Italian marble is common nowadays but simple tiles are used in bedroom.Wooden flooring is coming off in just 1 year. Extra charges for everything. Only the view is good from above floors. Overpriced apartment for nothing but only the area. Builder seem to think lowly of Ghaziabad people about class & taste to deliver an apartment like this. I regret buying flat in this society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was suppose to be Luxurious housing Society but unfortunately the ambience doesn't show this any more. On very prime location, perfect location to own a house but builder if not complete work properly would make it tag as a budget housing society complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only good for people looking for too much peace. Club house areas are too clean and tiled.. It seems like club house is not going to get built anytime soon.
One good point - building looks good.
No fall ceiling in house, that passaged room thing is a big drawback.
Visit Cloud9, Iconic Tower nearby.., you'll love the floor map. A square.., spacious Drawing room. Doors to all rooms are connected to the drawing room hall. Have a wonderful view towards lush greenery from the back balconies of flat. Half of the Club house is already up and running.
Rest.., it's upto you. Explore all options patiently. Consider your budget, needs, likings etc. Then make the best decision for yourself.

All the basic facilities like mall, market, school, bank, hospitals and ATMs are available nearby the society. Transport facility is also good in this society. But its price is very high according to the quality of the material.
