★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to doctors office with a simple cavity issue in one tooth and it ended with pain in the neighbouring one. The filling was not done properly and the sensitivity continued.
In the facility the chair moves during a critical tooth extraction. Their professional opinion changes every minute.
Horrible experience with the doctor declaring at the end - "I can't do anything else". Wonder how they have such a good rating. Never coming again and will make sure not to send anyone over there as well.
Note: I am not the patient , but my wife is - first name Anisha. Was treated by Dr Stuti Thapar.

Their equipment is state of the art and the environment is relaxed and positive. They use a convenient online texting service for scheduling appointments as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long due post. I might not have enough words to compliment the service received at the Thaper Dental Clinic in Emli Phatak office. You will not find a more caring staff then those who work at Dr. Saloni's office.. Dr. Saloni is probably the friendliest Dentist I have every met. She responded to text messages when I could not accompany my parents and answered all questions with patience and empathy. Very few individuals are so talented in their profession and yet so humble. She went beyond and scheduled home drop off for medications and supplies for my mom to avoid COVID complications. We had to stop the treatment in middle due to urgent travel plans and she even refunded us for that.
