★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well! this is one of the spacious & wonderful place to live in outskirts of Mumbai. The colony is filled with all major amenities and designed with Roman designs. It also consists of huge park and huge internal roads and huge entrance lobby. builder has given a space for parking tharwani builder has given stilt and open space for parking, where i had visited many builders in ambernath no builders gives a stilt spaces they make the flats from ground floor itself. it is well developed and good infrastructure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my dream project and very nicely constructed and developed here the Tharwani builder is forming a condominium instead of co-operative society, both are same only process is different, condominium means the builder is handing over the full developed and completed building where the occupancy certificate received and gives rights to the residence flats of the individual buildings "Rights means" The Builder is doing Registered Deed of Apartment means your flat is already been conveyance, conveyance means conveyance deeds with that the individual building has rights in future for selling the building property where each and every residence has to take a decision there will be no need of builders signature and the each and every residence are the equal share holders of the building. i had seen many other building where conveyance deed is pending and the society suffers a lot.
Here everything is neat and clean.
Deed of Apartment has been implemented by Government not by Builders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some issue I heard regarding agreement of deed which builder is asking to sign at the time of possession otherwise no one else is making building like this. So be carefull at the time of booking and read all documents before signing

Garden backside those buildings are like jungles, I don't know how children play there. Buyers please do visit at the backside of the 1st phase and have a look for the maintenance.
Roads are worst than village, No entrance, can only see a single old man (so called as security) for the whole buildings. Who was sleeping during the day time...god knows what he must be doing during night time. No future for children, no security of staying....
Good construction with very bad maintenance and cheaters....

Approach Road is Real Bad. Within complex it is getting developed will be much better then outside area. Has space for parking. Children space looks missing but let's see how it develops. Currently they play in empty space between the buildings as it's getting filled.
