★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I visited Thaskebaaj- चव महाराष्ट्राची located in Chinchwad. They serve Maharashtrian food. The food taste and quality makes it great. I tried Kothimbir wadi, Puri Bhaji, Pav Bhaji, Misal Pav... All food items have unique and different taste.
In Main course I tried Nilanga Rice, Tandoori Roti and Paneer Tikka Masala... Taste was good.
Also tried few sweet dishes like Gulabjamun, Shevaya Khir and Tandalachi Khir. I loved Shevaya Khir the most. I also tried some beverages like Lassi, Cold coffee, Piyush, Solkadhi and Mango Panhe.
Must try Solkadhi and Piyush (which has Shrikhand kind of taste).
If you are Maharashtrian food lover then you will love this place.

1st of all let me tell you interesting thing of Thaskebaaj, they serve you food items or can say famous, traditional and people's favourite dishes all from the regions of the state Maharashtra

And West Maharashtra
We thought to order something different than the usual. So we ordered -
In snacks / starter
Kothimbeer Vadi - No words for the taste and the perfect balance of both softness and crispness, I never had same vadi any other place.
Everyone's all time favourite -
Cheese Pav Bhaji
Misal Pav
Puri Bhaji
In maine course we ordered -
Malwani Paneer Masala
Nilanga Masala Rice (My hometown so of course my favourite and felt same taste)
With Tandoor Roti
How can we forget to order
Aam Panna and Lassi at this awesome place
At the end most important and unique items of this place
Solkadhi & Piyush
You must have to try this no matter how stomach full food you have. Both items are very healthy and same time drooling. Solkadhi is made from coconut milk and Piyush is kind of liquid version of Shrikhand, literally I was drooling over all the food items.
Over all must visit place and thank me later

You can all you order ahead...
All types of Bhaji, Daal tadaka, rice, tandoori nan, bakari, chapati, roti, daal batti, thali peeth all food is good you can tast all one by one...
My all family recommend this restaurant and we are very sure you will also like this...

We ordered wangi bharit, aakha masur, bhakri, Chapati, waran bhat and indrayani rice, Dhapate and thalpeeth. Taste was delicious and authentic.
Amati was really yummy and with authentic taste.
In drinks we order sol-Kadhi which was really delicious and a must-try item. We order another drink called “Piyush” which was kind of liquid Shrikhand. Taste was good and can try.

The place is located at the hustle bustle streets of Chinchad. It has indoor & oudoor sitting area with a lovely ambiance depicting Maharashtrian Culture.
FOOD
SPDP - Crisp Poori overloaded with dahi & sev . So yummy.
THALIPEETH - Served along with makkhan & pudina chutney. Tasted good too.
PAV BHAJI - Soft pav & buttery pavbhaji is all you need to have a good day , right ?!
MAIN COURSE
PATODI SABZI , BESAN & SEV BHAJI WITH BHAKRI - All of these tasted super good . The amount of spices were apt & was evenly cooked . The bhakri was soft & complimented the sabzi too.
DRINKS
SOLKADHI , TAAK , PIYUSH - So refreshing , so good. One must try all three of these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place which serves great delicacy from the different part of Maharashtra that too in pure veg, so recently got invited fromt this place and it was great vegetarian affair for me.
What we got served,
From the snacks item tried Kothimbir Vadi, Mirchi Bhajji and Pav Bhaaji all three were amazing. Love the spice of mirchi Bhaji with thin coating of besan, while Kothimbir Vadi was crisp from the top with little soft from the inside single bite and sure to make you fall in love with aromatic of coriander, whereas in pav bhaji bhaji was little bland for me but pav was buttery and soft. Can give try to it.
From the mains order my all time fav Pitla Bhakri which was perfectly balanced in spice for my palate, dropping consistency with touch of fresh mint and coriander leaves and goes best with soft bhakri. Must try here.
Tried for sev Bhaji which was jhanjanit as I love it with tarri on top also tried Patwadi Rassa which was perfect one in terms of flavour and taste.
To balance the heat order for Solkadhi and Piyush both were on the mark, love the tinge of green chillies and kokum in Solkadhi done to perfection.
Ambience of this place is simple with sitting arrangement of regular tables and chairs, wall painted describing the culture and cuisine of different region of Maharashtra.
Overall it was good experience, and would recommend if you are looking for some traditional Maharashtra food.

This place serves you with the authentic Maharashtrian dishes. The famous konkani dishes, dishes from Vidarbha region, various delicacies from the Western Ghats and many more.
Coming to the food, we tasted various dishes like Kothimbir vadi, Thalipeeth, Gol bhajji and for main course Pithla Bhakri, Patwadi rassa, Shev bhaji.
The Pithla bhakri was so good. Perfect soft bhakri and the pithla they serve is very much authentic in taste.
The Kothimbir vadi was my second favourite, it was perfectly made with softness as well as crispness.
Shev bhaji and patwadi rassa had the perfect taste too. Very well cooked with sufficient amount of spices and it was flavourful.
Overall this place surely maintains the authenticity of the Maharashtrian delicacies!
If you are fan of maharashtrian food, surely do try the dishes from Thaskebaaz!

Then this is a great place for you.. Thaskebaaj, situated in Chinchwad, serves authentic Maharashtrian dishes from different parts like Khandeshi, Konkani, Vidharbha, West Maharashtra etc.
The place is small and cosy with an ample amount of seating. But the delicious food makes the place great. Also a wall is fully dedicated to the Maharashtra state map and its food culture.

✓Pav Bhaaji
✓Thalipeeth
✓Gol Bhajji
✓Pithla with Bhakri (highly recommended)

I loved Pithla Bhakri, it was authentic and delicious. Full of flavours and the Bhakri was really soft. Great one!!! I really loved it to the core.
Also we had beverages after the lunch

✓Taak
I tried Piyush for the first time. It was delicious. I will surely have it again.
Solkadi and taak were also up to the mark. It was prepared perfectly.
