I found Absolut is a complete workout zone ..locality is good ..atmosphere inside so perfect...they have finest equipment and beside that .crossfit and cardio facility is there...and the trainers ( Mr .kuldeep /Mr saurav ) are well experience ..it's a must join gym...

The trainers are good and help you in pushing your boundaries. I have never had been to gym before and starting with this one was a really good idea.
