The store took personal care to ensure the timely delivery of the product and called up to check if the product was delivered or not. Though the courier service delayed the delivery for no reason and even before i could call, I received a call from the store to check about the destination address and contact number. I will definitely return to this store to buy whenever I need to purchse woollens.

The only problem is the courier xperssbees. The worst courier I have ever encountered with. They have no idea about their delivery status, the coustomer care of xpressbees is *#@##@@ .
