The following is an exact representation of my work experience at The Arham. This being my first job after graduation, it left an indelible mark on me. The organization has a Totally Unprofessional Approach towards its employees, especially the ones who have a mind of their own. They follow unethical practices for both customers and employees; customers are charged much more than the existing market price for something as basic as brochures and logos although the standard and quality of work at The Arham hardly matches the prices. The organisation has no values or standard set of rules. There are no clear instructions from the management and most of the time employees are left guessing regarding the rules and regulations. To make it worse, the rules and regulations are changed at the drop of a hat without even prior notification to the employee(s) concerned. Most of these rules are nonsensical and also NOT applicable to certain people who constantly wag their tongues for the management. Other employees have to follow all rules made and no reasoning is tolerated. There is a hostile work environment and continuous office politics, practiced even by the Business Head who hardly shows her face in the office. Other employees have to clock in 9 hours a day whereas the Business Head is hardly visible in the office for 9 hours in the entire week. The top management believes in treating employees as slaves and indulges in abusive behavior. The owner of the organization, , abuses employees at liberty and penalizes employees who refuse to become his Yes Men. The practices followed by certain employees are sidelined by the management, especially if they are a part of the group of Yes Men. There is no motivation for employees who perform well. Even people at topmost positions are not interested to work; there is only talk and no work. Redundant activities are forced down the employees’ way instead of spending time in working and generating revenue for the organization. There are no learning opportunities in the work field. It is an absolute nightmare to work at The Arham. They keep an hour bank and for every hour less of work, money is deducted although certain employees are exempt from this policy of the organization. Also programs are kept in place to reward being a pet to the Business Head and penalize employees who aren’t willing to toe her line. The way of working is unsystematic; no quality of work is maintained. The owner believes in hiring a bunch of unprofessional and incompetent personnel. The work environment is absolutely depressing. If you try to work, you become the target of the top management; especially the Business Head who calls the shots; the owner tries to find ways to throw you out of the company. The owner of the company seriously needs to rethink about the person running his company. Beware of joining The Arham. Think twice before joining this organization as there is no chance of you learning anything leave alone career growth. I wouldn’t recommend this company to even my worst enemies.

I love the way they behave. Very sweet people. Specially the Client Service Executive- Whose name is only not Sweety but she is actually very sweet & efficient. I needed some whatsapp posts to be designed for my company. They are very creative & they will give best efforts to understand your views & vision & they execute their tasks with elan. Ill always recommend The Arham to all my friends & family who ever has any design, branding or digital marketing requirements.

Very warm people to deal with. I got done an invitation card for my sister’s wedding. It was an emergency. Time was very short. But we were really glad that the level of dedication & corporation the Arham shows & the client servicing team is very positive, polite & dedicated. The designers knew exactly what we were looking for and the design came out to be not only beautiful and jaw dropping but we all got relieved from a big tension.
