★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I would like to raise a compliant for your custom tailoring division at Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore. The master's name is Nasir. I recently ordered two silk products for stitch: one shervani, one kurta pyjama. Both of these were not upto the mark by any basic standards. The silk kurta was torn and we just gave it for darning. The fit of the shervani pant is so pathetic that i can barely walk or climb any staircase without being worried about the pant tearing. The basic cut of the shervani pant is so defective. And your people don't even have the courtesy to apologise for the error and in fact they argued so much about something like a basic compensation such as stitching cost waiver if not full material and did not compensate. Your people just ruined silk cloth worth about 25000 rupees. Please compensate for all the damages including stitching costs. You just ruined clothes for the event at the very last minite by delaying the delivery until the very last minute. Please help!

This is my first ever suite got stitched, Arvind stores has got a very good, friendly and supportive staff who can also suggest what suits you. Arvind stores has also got trending fabric with premium quality I wish a few more Variety can be added to your collections.
I think the promoter of the shop I couldn't remember his name but I'm thank full for his suggestion I loved his professionalism knowledge on clothings.

Fabrics are excellent, perfect match, feels smooth to wear. Staffs are friendly and team will help you find perfect matching cloths which is excellent. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place for your valuable occasions. My brother's engagement sherwani (custom made) was delayed drastically to the last minute and was given two sizes smaller than the one tried during the trial. 'Masterji' refused to understand n ignored the request completely. It was a huge mess!
At the same time, my dad's sherwani was a damaged with a cut on silk material and this was approached with complete rudeness. Their behavior were two extremes- sweet before and once money is paid ( always in advance as they know their flaws) they are worst people ever. Manager is one big dummy and speaks only non-sense! I hate this place and wish no one faces this for any of their special occasions. I have enclosed pic of that 'masterji' you need to completely avoid.
