โ โ โ โ โ Being a brand manager I feel it is important for the head office to know about the experience a customer get at an Arvind store.
This is about the Jaipur store @ Triton Mall.
Twice my family members went to the store to collect the suit. Both my parents were made to wait for more than an hour. Irrespective of constantly requesting to help us they kept lying to us about the suit. On the second visit again they did not bother about our time and was made to wait for more than 2 hours and still delivery wasn't made on the due date the employees were suppose to.
And the way the employees at the store treated my parents was unruly.
Never in life I am experiencing the store nor would recommend it to any of my circle of people.
As a responsible customer I believe head office needs to know about this. Please take it as a constructive feedback and do something about it if you can. Let me know if the team needs the bill number and other details.
