There audio knowledge is paramount in this Industry which makes them the ‘Go-To’ guys for all my audio solutions both Home Hifi as well as any High End Car udio system design, install and a thorough professional tune up, the best I have seen in this country.
Their back end support is very reliable up to the point where a delay in delivery of equipment from Germany was taken care of by giving me substitute audio equipment till the time of arrival, the delay being coronavirus. This kind of support is un heard of in India by any company let alone the small niche HiFi world.
Even the dedicated time spent on telephone calls explaining the design and sound stage of equipment, its installation technics etc.. is by far the best I have seen even compared to NYC where I lived and worked for many years.
One must take some time out for a quality experience of sound at their office which has regular movement of many exquisite sound systems which one can enjoy over delicious cups of coffees from all over the world. A true experience of sound and taste in life. I hope I have made it absolutely clear of how much I recommend these fellows from over 6 years of my experience till 2020 including a million cups of coffee and a billion questions of audio which somehow they still answer. Patience is a virtue.... BBW??

I ordered the Sonus Faber Sonetto ii bookshelf speakers, Unison Research Unico Due integrated hybrid amp and the furutech cables from The Audio Co. I am extremely happy with the purchase.
