Understaffed. Only go here if you have no other options available, it appears they only hire employees and doctors who are rude to their core. No respect or way of speaking and are heartless towards our pets. Everyone and I mean it when i say this, everyone in this hospital is rude as hell and doesn't care about your pet which you have admitted unless have a buck to give them every now and then. All they want is money and money. They don't even provide proper information on which way to go if you need to fill out some paperwork, they just point in a direction for a sec and go on about their day. I met the watchmen, ward boys and the doctors and the only people that weren't rude or arrogant were other pet parents who were there in hopes of getting their pet's health back on track. I can't stress it enough how understaffed and heartless the people who work here are.

Treatment is okay, emergency services is bad, food is bad, 2 out of 10 wardboys are good rest all don't care or handle pet roughly, doctors are not available always, emergency service is the worst. Only good thing is that it's reasonable if you don't have much money for private hospitals. There is no personalised care for your pet at all, if you're admitting you need to visit two times a day to check on your pet and if the medicine is being given properly. Specifically 10 AM and 7PM as the doctors miss out on giving important medicines

It is good but not that great, if someone is willing to visit and it is not an emergency then I'd suggest to go before 1pm. As prior to 1pm maximum treatment will be cheaper then that of people who come after 1pm, it is 5 to 8 times more cost for emergency treatment though both treatments are same. I went in the evening, I waited for half an hour even though I was considered as for emergency one as it was after 1pm so treatments are same but if it is not urgent then try to come in the morning if you want to save money. Thank you!

Basically, NOT SO GOOD WHEN IT COMES TO TREATMENT....... 1. Not all the staff is BAD but different doctor gives different advices which might confuse pet owners. 2. They are already running hospital with less resources due to which there are delays in time to time doses. I've personally observed this as my 3 stray dogs were admitted there. 3. Cat ward is always full as I saw everytime I had been there. 4. After discharge if you ask a doctor for further things he/she might not give you proper advise which is again a NEGATIVE POINT 5. Atleast they have kept costs low for stray animals ( it's good if you are a rescuer and your financial condition is average) that's only GOOD POINT. 6. The admitted animal might catch another infection if you don't visit them personally and clean them daily. Caretakers are not that much careful And I'M SURPRISED TO SEE THE REVIEWS WITH 5 STARS HERE ????

Very horrible experience I had.. it was a rescued juvenile kite bird. It got bone deep cut probably due to kite festival few days back. I took the bird they were very rude . Secondly rather then showing it to vet or giving information about vet doctor availability. they just put an ointment and brought it back. And asked to keep the bird here with them and than said you won't get it back. Or else take it now!

Under staffed or let’s just say the staff is not bothered to work. Let’s first clarify that this is a private hospital and funded by trust. So there are charges for treating animals, strays and pets both. Mandatory Rs 450, everything else like blood test etc are extra charge. Doctors are great no doubt but as the wards are always full for cats and dogs its nothing they can do.

Hi everyone, its a private hospital for all four legged living and its manage by a trust. They treat both strays and pets but they charge for both. Even they have cattle wards ,horses and what not. I have shared a pic of charges for all type of living and deposits. They take admission all day but visiting time is restricted to 5pm. Dr. Are doing seriously good as much they can,coz the OPD is always full with new pets also we can sae hospital is running with low number of dr. at service. Do visit and if possible make some donations for loved living as they too ned medical help and we can do it for them.
