★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across the place and loved it. I wanted to book direct through the owner instead of Airbnb. The owner gave the same price as Airbnb to pay directly to him as he said prices are “fixed”. Airbnb takes commision from both the host and guest. I asked to pay less my Airbnb fee since that is not his profit. The response was negative. Therefore, if the owner is already not pleasant and being difficult prior to the stay I opted out and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. I come from Canada and travel the world and never met a more difficult Owner! Poor customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an awesome experience to steal a day from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the serene surroundings, great hospitality and extremely tasty food that The Barn offers! Location is well marked on Google Maps and check-in was smooth.. staff was courteous and helpful.. their dinner arrangement was also worth it. All in all, highly recommended!

Absolutely worth visiting to find solace right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of this city.
And frankly I loved the food more than anything.

Beautiful place, the food was very tasty, the host and the entire staff at The Barn is very cooperative. The surroundings are quite, perfect place if you want to get away to chill from hectic schedules. Very peaceful, calm!

The Barn is an intimate and peaceful getaway, yet close to the city for people who want to enjoy the silence in a quick getaway. I will cherish the communication and the support that the host rendered, to make sure we were comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The rooms , done up in rustic country decor and the jazz music through the day was calming. The candlelit dinner and the beautiful ambience was the highlight of the evening. I went with my father, and he felt relaxed and honored. Great for those who are looking for simple joys and a serene time.
