Salon look also best.
This shop use only L'oreal products which is very costly but better results.
Cost is High but they deserve it just because of having quality of services and results.
I specially recommend to you please add the phone ? number on this site.
I also recommend pls set the new prices for hair treatment + beard saving . I think you can provide hair treatment & beard saving in one price not different different price ( 500 Rs) including hair treatment+ saving.

No commitments fullfil at time
Whenever you inform them in prior, but they'll end up with their rules & limitations, bla bla bla.
Wouldn't like to mention the name of the person, but all i can say to the owner is make sure your employees follow the commitments & should make them understand to maintain good relationship with customers because if after committing time in prior, you come with your reasons, not acceptable at all. Giving better service will generate reference & will generate a good revenue too.
Being service industry, it shouldn't be this kind of hygine & professionalism.
Sorry to say but didn't like this kind of attitude towards the work.

Recieved a different shampoo which was pathetic compared to the one used to test.
When asked abt the product difference, the stylist pushed the product saying it's just a packaging difference.
Also the product was very old, left with only few months to expire.
