★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a Christmas meal here last night.. I would this place is a really chill if you are in a mood to drink & chill. Not really a good place to expect good food options. They serve little menu but good food. I would also like to add this place to as Value for Money place. One can try their Prantha Combos. That was the yummiest part. But I would recommend the place to improve on their service part. Service was a bit slow what I experienced!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay experience. Service wasn't as smooth as they came to the table 3-4 times to confirm our order, checked IDs 2-3 seperate times. The music was a bit too loud. When we asked them if they could decrease the volume they politely declined (I'm not sure why they couldn't). Food and alcohol was decent although slightly expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is good. They were running add in their own pub on 1+1 offer on beer, but when I asked for it, they said that it has been discontinued. There were other offers also and when I asked for it, again got the same answer of discontinuation of offer.
That's unfortunate from such a brand. If any scheme has been discontinued, why are you displaying it on your screens.
I would rather not recommend this to anyone.

A bucket of 4 pints for less price.
Big screen TVs.
Nice place to relax and enjoy. Service and food are also good. Will visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous place to have some classic beers, in your choice of dispenser. Might be a tad bit expensive, but serving quality stuff. Food is nice, although the serving portions of the appetizers must be increased in the coming future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say I love the vibe of this place. They serve good variety of beer for obvious reasons “Beer Cafe” and I love the fresh brewed beer and the food portion and taste is good too. The only reason why I have rated three stars is because of the hospitality and service. They do levy 10 percent service charge which I never ask them to waive however, upon asking them for handful of peanuts with the beer they simply refuse it. Imagine you have ordered food with your beer which generally takes some time for preparation and asking them just “handful” of plain peanuts with your alcohol is something that you can manage to give. I have been to Gurgaon branches and they never say no to complimentary peanuts that they serve in the very small bowl (used for ketchup) and whenever I visit CP branch and ask them for the same the answer is “NO” or “it’s chargeable” !!! This is a major turn off !! I have visited CP branch almost three times in the last 1-2 months and this is the same answer. Hence, this was my last visit. Disappointed!!
