So I've been to a few Belgian Waffles in India, mostly around Mumbai. I have never had to wait as long for an order as I did at this location. We ordered 2 waffles and a waffle cake in person. It took the employees more than 40 minutes to complete the order! Now, this is perfectly understandable during a rush, but understand that we went around 9:30 PM when there was ONE other family there. There were a few Swiggy and Zomato orders here and there, which I assume was the culprit of the long wait times. However, it seemed they were prioritizing others' in-person orders ahead of our own as well. When a family came in, they got their order before ours, even though we were there first. I assume this was because we were teens that came in. When I asked how much longer it would take, they said it would be "10 more minutes". When I asked after 10 minutes they said "10 more minutes" again. Disappointing.
To be fair, when we did get our waffles, they were very tasty. But that is expected of the Belgian Waffle chain. What is not expected is the poor service, especially when there is no rush.
Final Verdict: Go to enjoy the waffles, only if you are willing to wait an exorbitant amount of time

please go have something like waffles with icecream. Prices are reasonable I'll drop the menu in the below pictures. But the place is very little you dine in. But it's worth waiting. ❤️?
