This reviews is wirtten not because of they have looted my money. Instead, this is for those who are honest and commited to themselves.
kindly Note: Devnagari pg and this one is the same pg. Their first name is defamed a lot so they are marketing online with the different name.
(Reality)
Nobody is eating their food ?and Scary washrooms? and forget about washing your clothes for free.
(Here is what happen when I went there)
booked PG, deal was to live in 4 sharing accommodation But when I went there they put me in 5 sharing accommodation. Not only that, even 5 sharing was full. He said, I will have to adjust today, tomorrow a person will go away from this room and you will get the space. I said, I have a booking, How can you do this and said like this.
Now, At last, we deduced to return my 6500INR, I took few mins to check if there is an another PG around, even I found the PG and decide to go there.
Hence, I went back to him and said now return my money, He said I will pay back only 5500 INR only. I said, we had deal of retuning the entire amount. He gave reason like this, you did not behave properly so I cut down 1000 INR. I said how can you do this. Okay, then, he even said, that do you want to take 5500 INR or not. I did not say anything and get back 5500 INR instantly and left the place. PFA screenshot.
The reality is, they have cohort of students helping this PG to provide ratings, comments and support for their services . Most of the Reviews either fake or made convinced.
I know, they will try to defend on this reply, Try to prove themselves that they are right. I do not know, why such level of rudeness still exist in some part of the world.
(Reviews about their food and washrooms)
When i went there and asked a few of their folks, they said, Most of their folks do not eat here. However, When i checked their washroom, it was scary. They have made their pg in such a way that you have 4 by 4 space and you have to live with 4 or 5 or may more people if their mind changes.
(Suggestion)
Good folks, kindly kept away from this kind of cheap places.
