★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken Tikka-kebab biryani from Biryani Inc.
° Biryani was dry and less spicy
° Mixed grain rice was used.
° Potato was not cooked properly.
° Only flavours were used instead of spices
° Kebab given with biryani was tasty and in good portion.
° Costs Rs.250/- which is somehow justified if you consider the portion of the kebab given with the biryani.
Overall 2/5 from me.

?Chicken Dum Biryani - Consisted of 1 chicken piece with bone, potatoe and served with green sauce. The rice portion is quite good and quantity sufficient for 1 person. Packing very good, platic tiffin box microwave safe container.
?Chicken Tikka Biryani- Contained full container rice, 1 potato, 1 egg and 3 boneless pieces of chicken Tikka. The biryani extremely good and was not oily the chicken pieces were decent.. The restaurant remain open till 4AM so you can order food late night also online.

Tasteless and poor quality.
Chicken and Potato was average.
This is just a rip off. Complete waste of Money
Who sends white rice for Biryani. Don't buy from here. Rs 70 local Biryani is better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be it a very recently opened string of delivery restaurant, I was very familiar with the name of The Biryani Inc. from their Salt Lake Sec V branch. Because of their excellent Biryani and Chaap that I've had previously tried, they've made a place in my favourites. When a friends house party took place near to one of their branch and we needed lunch, my decision was very clear.
So without any excuse I ordered the same dishes from this branch for everyone. Obviously starting with their Biryani...

Long grain superior quality rice cooked nicely with the biryani spices, this time again impressed me with its colour and flavour. Peeking from it a normal sized mutton piece, very likely an egg and a medium size potato made it a complete package unlike Biryani of some other places without egg.
Mutton piece was quite solid in terms of meat and really tendered. The Biryani came in a standard 750ml container so the quantity of the Biryani was average.

One thing I always like about their Chaap is minimal use of oil. Obviously this much is needed to cook a Mughal or North Indian dish.
Elsewhere usually chicken scubadive under oil. I've seen in different well known restaurants where thick layer of oil floats on these dishes.
Taste wise it felt pretty standard with the Biryani, also naan could be a great choice with it. Chicken piece was big & well cooked keeping the taste of its gravy.

Just like its small price tag it came in a small package, better to say plastic dip container that looked cute. But this mini package doesn't fell small in taste, thanks to its sweet consistently and cashew & raisins on top.

As previously recommended, I'll recommend this branch of Biryani Inc. too. They've maintained similar kind of quality here like Sec V branch. Also their pricing is fortunately still affordable in this era of increasing standard restaurant food prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most disgusting and third class quality of biriyani I have ever tasted not for a single reason but too many...
1. No flavour of authentic biriyani, actually no flavour
2. Rice,potato and chicken was under cooked...even potato could not be smashed by pressing, chicken was raw with fishy smell and taste of blood during every bite, rice was too hard to chew and seemed to have just like salty rice without any masala.
3. Packaging was also bad, in pictures they are showing handi,but actually they make people fool by sending it in a thin, cheap paper bag and paper boxes... although the price is too much high i.e above 300... wherein anybody expect handi or container according to the price...but they make us total fool...
4. Quantity is too much less, no taste at all.. (basically it makes feel you that you might have COVID, that's why ur taste may disappear...), Didn't get egg,raita etc...where as every brand of biriyani serves these with this price (300 above)... overall it spoiled our dinner yesterday and engulfed our money too by making us totally Fool...whhoofff...
