★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This man doesn't have any knowledge about bodybuilding , he will misguide you also his attitude is very bad towards his customer. better stay away from this gym. you can do exercise here by following his instruction but you will not see any improvement here because trainer itself doesn't have that kind of knowledge , at the end of the day you will lose your money without seeing any improvement after 1 year or six month . but if you have basic knowledge about gym you can join here but don't follow his instruction . gym owner doesn't have any knowledge regarding this field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent neighborhood gymnasium with all the required equipments for full body workout. You have options for free hand (dumbbells) workouts as well as machine workouts. Safety is of prime importance here coupled with neat and clean equipments.
I've been here for three days now and I've already started vibing with this gym. The trainer, Kanchan da - gives you all the required support and tips to maximize your gains.
Strongly recommended for anyone who's wanting to stay fit during this pandemic times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad place to go if you are looking for good and healthy atmosphere. Let me chalk it down for you.
1. The trainer has a very bad unprofessional attitude and he is alway up for cheap gossip sessions instead of giving you good advice.
2. They will charge you for AC but will not ever switch on the same.
3.The owner has very bad taste of music and the same 5 sh**ty depressing songs will always being played in loop.
4. The trainer or the gym assistant is not only mentally fit to motivate someone but also can become very bad for someone who ie starting new.
