★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A regular at Bodyshop Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad stores but visited this store for first time yesterday. The staff is unaware of the products at the store. I asked for a Moringa Eau De Toilette and she gave me the body mist, on asking again she said that the company only makes Moringa mist. I had to show her a bottle of Perfume which i was luckily carrying in my bag and then she finally got me the Moringa Eau De Toilette after convincing her for 10 mins.
Nice range of products and well presented staff but you just need to product train them.
