★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service suraj the showroom representative gave me idea to resolve my soundtouch 30/20/10 speaker internet connectivity problem by giving AirFly Pro device which is working perfect.
But inly regret is the now Bose company has a very bad after sale service arrangement, which will stop buying Bose product for a person like me who has been fan of Bose items.
Kindly look into the matter and kindly resolve the service issues.
I will write a mail too shortly to customer care service of Bose.
At service center lot of Bose user were desperate and upset for service matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I got tired by finding your model and tried the last number which was given online, I really didn't know that these guys will really help me out within one sec, I am thankful to Rahul the sales guy at MG Road Bose showroom when he said yes we have to stock in hand and then immediately I send my driver he helped him to get it packed as this was being gift for someone I am so much thankful to to all the staff members for supporting us wish you all Happy Diwali I am god bless you.

I must appreciate the follow up by your team, especially Mr Rahul, for understanding my requirements and arranging to provide a Bose Blue tooth speaker 500, while it wasn’t available with many other vendors.
I do hope that the same service and technical support would be sustained in future.

I called up this store and Mr Suraj resolved that he can take order online and will deliver it to my place in chandigarh. Mr. Suraj walked me through the purchase process and was very patient with all my queries. After i received my product within time frame mentioned mr suraj also helped me with installation and getting started. Superb experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met the sales person Shikhar at Bose showroom MGF Mertopollitan mall, gurgaon who was immensely good at helping me buy the product by explaining the features and benefits in detailed. He was very nice to me and helped me out by extending his Working hours just to wait for me and attend me, as I turned up very late to the showroom during their closing hours. Great job, really happy ?
