β β β β β Mr. Nitin Pandey, the sales person, after repeatedly asking, confirmed that the speaker Bose S1 Pro has a subwoofer. I had told him that the speaker should have a subwoofer, as that is important feature I am looking for. When I reached home, I played a movie and the lows were too distorted. I did a little research and found that the system doesn't have a subwoofer, but just a woofer, where the frequency range starts at 70 Hz, whereas the subwoofer frequency range starts t 20 hz. Either the sales person doesnt have knowledge(which I doubt for a Bose) or he was just fooling to sell a system.

Was impressed with staff who went out of his way to get us one since we had to catch a flight that same day.
Well stocked, clean and staff definately are well trained for this high end Best sound system store. A big thanks to that staff( didn't get his name) on Dec 23rd around 2pm who served me. He definately needs to be praised for his performance.

β β β β β I went to Khar Bose Store in Mumbai to see the headphones. The behavior of all the staff there was very nice. Mohit,vivek and Nitin advised me if you would buy Bose 700 headphones, it would be best.He gave me the music of Bose 700 to listen to. I also liked the sound of the Bose 700 headphone the best. And on their request bought Bose 700 headphones. The sound of Bose 700 headphone is amazing and sweet. My life has changed like this. All the credit goes to Mohit,vivek and Nitin. The amount of gratitude I can express to Mohit, vivek and Nitin is less. Thank you Mohit,vivek and Nitin for bringing happiness and change in my life.

β β β β β Visited the store to get my Bose speaker checked. The staff (Abhimanyu) went out of his way to help me detect the issue even though this isn't the repair centre and not a part of their job profile. Very helpful, sweet and swift at work. Would recommend 100%
