★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a Bose customer since over a decade now. Started my journey from Bose Tripod headphones to the most recent Sound bar 700. One thing that really helps me to take the purchase decisions so easily is the sales person passionate and honest attempt to understand my need. There's this guy with long dreadlocks whom I have been seeing at the stores since sometime now. His energy when I met him first and his energy when I saw him after months and years is still the same or infact more. I have never seen anyone so passionate and humble in the service industry. He often has helped me even with service issues without slightest hesitation. What made me take the time out and write this review is that if there's one place where I feel like shopping without feeling pressured is here at the Bose store. This gentleman is not only very knowledgeable about technologies but his in depth knowledge about spirituality is on the next level. I didnt even realise when we moved from speaking about Bose to topics that were not even relevant to the purchase. I'm so glad that there's a sales person like him who doesn't make the customer feel that selling is the only priority for a luxury brand. Thank you Mr. Dreadlocks, I feel this appreciation was long due. All the best and keep rocking.

Abhishek Roy and Krupa assisted us with the right products after understanding our requirements. The installation was also smooth where Abhishek completely guided us until we understood all the features. We are enjoying musical evenings on our Bose sound bar and woofer.
