β β β β β Good bank but there is a always a wait on deposit counter.The rate of loan is also good.Staffs are very friendly. But needs to improve it's locker facility.

β β β β β This bank may not be treated as one of the elite banks ,but,undoubtedly it is a popular bank because of convenient and customer friendly banking poilcies.The building is age old.But it is computeized and core banking enabled.Both ATM and locker facility are available here.The manager is an amicable man.

β β β β β The current manager is rude, unprofessional and has behaviour issues. He does not know how to talk with people. Also the place is small, providing only a 2feet wide passage for consumers to move around. Seats are also dirty which is a concern in current Covid situation. Not to mention the service is outdated and needs improvement.
I personally will like to avoid this bank if it is not urgently necessary.
