Burger taste was better than most other burger places in Pune.
Good sauces, warm fries.
Value for money.
Service was fast.
We took parcel of burger and travelled for 27 kms and it was still warm.

Waiter was rude.
I had hiccups and I needed a drink. It's pay before you order so we wanted soft drink and our hands were messed up bcoz of sauces. We ordered a drink and he kept on insisting that pay first like we were going to run somewhere with the remaining burger with messed up hands and all. Cleaning the sauces took a while with tissues coz I wanted to remove cash from wallet. We could have paid it later not like it was big amount it was just 20 Rs. Waiter has his own reasons I know but a little understanding would have made this possible 5 star place for burgers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a Regular for many years.. this time around it was surprising to find that the restaurant is now bigger (attached the next-door). The wait-time for the finished products was the same as before- no complaints. Had Chocolate milkshake while awaiting my order and was Thoroughly Disappointed ??? !!! It was absolutely Horrible!!!! My family had Oreo shake - which was Okay. Burgers - As usual they were delicious but found caramelized onions missing in my usual burger

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a regular customer of The Burger House since the last 11 years. This place was one of my favourite places to hang out with friends and family. Their burgers were the best burgers in town (not exaggerating) especially my personal preference - the Buffalo Style burger. I have referred countless people to visit this place, and they have done the same.
Unfortunately I've been experiencing a steep decline in the quality of food they provide since the past 2-3 years. Initially I thought it was a temporary thing. But alas it seems like the owners don't care much about what kind of food they are serving to the public anymore.
On my last visit to this place a few days ago, I ordered 2 burgers and fries on the side. One of the burgers, that my brother was having, felt very stale and tasteless. Few minutes later I found a cockroach in the burger that I was having. We immediately got up and left the place. Before leaving I took a refund from the owner for the unhygienic food (just the 1 burger, not the entire order). I'm never going to visit this place again, nor will I ever order from them.
A message to the owners: I know that this is a family run business, and that's one of the reasons it was one of my favourite places in town. I respect the brand that you have built and the products that you serve. Please do something about the quality of food you are serving. You have many loyal customers and they deserve better. You have lost me, I hope you don't lose more.

Extremely tasty as well as spicy at the same time
Seating space is an issue during lunch time else the service is decent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must visit place for all burger lovers. The burgers are so delicious with their special sauce and crunchy patty, not to forget about the soft bun. Variety of burgers are available with regular and mini options. The crunchy chicken burger is a must try. Parking space is also available in front of the shop.

We visited this around 25 Dec 2021
Nowadays kept clean, spacious than before.
Sometimes understaffed hence order may take more than avg. time.
We ordered:
1. Fish and Chips (fries) : Favourite !
2. Chicken Wings (Spicy Barbeque Sauce) : Awesome !!
