They are really good in service providing. Usually i go for tour every 3-4 months. This time me & my wife went for a thailand tour a week ago. We were late that day to ranchi airport. They called us and after we told our problem that there was an emergency so we were late, they asked our address and picked us from our house from taxi. There was also a male travel agent in the cab. He made us to check-inn hurridly and then straight away after security checking we went to board flight to Kolkata airport. At Kolkata airport, there was another flight to Thailand. We board our next flight. Mean-while they kept on messaging us about what to eat in flight, how not to panic in Turbulence, where to get my checked-inn lugguage, what time to board my next flight, from where to check in again, security checkup, what time i will reach bangkok. From there they picked us from cab and dropped us to the hotel. The hotel was really luxurious. I have never imagined that i will get such a 3 star hotel in my budget. The hotel also had open terrace swimming pool and bar. We enjoyed a lot. The hotel's service was great as there were many workers in each segment. They kept on messaging us throught whats app that what to eat, where to go, what to do and what not to do, what are the basic rules and regulations of Thailand. They send us various pdf's of what all destinations we will visit, what to do there, with whom we have to go, our travel agent number, our destination pickup and drop facility details,etc. We had some doubt of some facts as what to do so we called them at that time night in india and they responded even at 2am. First day after breakfast which was in our tour package we did local sightseeing of Bangkok, next day we went to coral islands, there we did lunch which was our best experience till now. After that another day we went to pattaya for local sightseeing. Another next day we went for bangkok visit again. Everywhere they send with us a local tour adviser and agent who made our tour very easy. We were really amazed of all historic and man made structure after he defined them. After complete tour of 4 Nights 5 Days, they picked us from hotel and droped us to airport and after that their agent made us check inn and after flight boarding , they kept on messaging us again of what to do and what not to do. We reached kolkata airport, then picked another flight to ranchi. They are really providing best thailand package in Ranchi..I really suggest that one must try their service once and you always want to go to thailand with their service in your every holidays.
