Talking about taste it is too good and worth too! Also we were served chat (Pani puri) as a complimentary dish. Ambience gives you a royal touch and live soothing music is best add on to ambience!. But the service wasn't satisfactory. I had visited various 5 star and 7 stars restaurants. Here service was good but not worth and satisfactory in The Cafe- Hyatt! We expected good service as we are dining in such high class restaurant but we weren't satisfied. Overall I'll rate 7 on 10 fir The Cafe - Hyatt. I would had rated 9 on 10 .....but only service disappointed me. Billing was late...card machine wasn't working...... food served was delayed!......It doesn't suits in Hyatt.

A very nicely laid out place where you can go to simply relax and spend some time or go have lunch or the dinner either a la carts or buffet We went to meet some friends and well had to ask after ten minutes for water to be served! But after that hitch they took good care of us The staff is friendly and the service attentive We ordered spring rolls which were v tasty But the toasted club sandwich was quite ordinary It was cold and well something you can easily make it at home Maybe we ordered wrong but I d definitely not repeat it! The cappuccino was good The cold coffee was good but a tad bitter to taste! So had to add sugar to it! Still I d rate it a four as I feel its worth a second visit

#WanderDriveEat - FOOD - The buffet at The Cafe, served Indian, Asian, Middle Eastern fare, which was fantastic, along with special Spanish and Peruvian specialties like Ceviche, Tacos, grills and delicious Pallela. To start with I binged on the excellent Sushi, which could probably only be beaten by Shizusan, Phoenix. I had to have some flaky-buttery Pistachio Croissants, some amazing cream-rose donuts, which made happy like a child! The appetizers like Salt Crusted Chilean Sea Bass Charred Onions Vanilla Beurre Blanc were awesome. Savoury, creamy herby fish on a crust of crispy potato and sauce. The Scotch eggs and Patata Bravas (Potato balls in spicy tangy tomato sauce) were excellent too. Time for some Ceviche! Raw fish and scallops cured in a delicious tangy lime juice based sauce. It's a very typical Peruvian / South American dish which, if you like sushi, you will love! It was a bit low on salt and I would have loved for it to be a bit more tangy, though. The cold cuts - Ham, Salami Napoli and Cured Salmon were melt in the mouth delicious. Time for the Grills - Juicy Sea Bass, Squid, Prawns (with the shell) and chicken in a creamy herby sauce grilled to smoky perfection! It was so good. I had two plates by myself. It was again a bit low on salt, but you can always add extra from the salt and pepper grinders on every table. The tacos were mini hard shell tacos. They were quite nice. The salsas and accompaniments, though, could have been more flavourful. MAINS - I just hogged on the delicious Lamb Pallela! I've tried Pallela many times before, but never found a really good one, until now! This was creamy, rich (almost like it had ghee in it!), the rice was soft and fluffy with loads of saffron. It tasted really soul satisfying. Helped massively by the succulent, fall off the bone lamb! So flavourful, meaty and subtle! Really nice! DESSERTS - These were excellent too! Normally in Buffets or Sunday Brunches, even in star-properties, the desserts are average or good but never great! Not here! I absolutely loved them! The dense, gooey dark chocolate cake with cherries was sinful! The Black Forest Cake was literally the best I've ever had. Loads of cream, cherries and just the right amount of chocolate sponge and topped gloriously with heaps of high quality chocolate shavings! So soft fresh and creamy! Perfect. The Fried Banana in cinnamon mousse was incredible! So tasty like the Banoffee Pie from Zeta next door! The Indian desserts like rasgulla, cham-cham etc were nice too! This was a seriously special Sunday Brunch! Absolutely amazing food, kudos to Chef Anirban Dasgupta and his team. The KetelOne Vodka cocktails were amazing and overall it was so much fun!

Not up to the mark as it's under Hyatt... The nveg buffet was limited...not much variety food present...also the staff for The Cafe is a bit arrogant. Went with a very high expectations but was disappointed. There are multiple good options available with same budget at other 5* places in Pune.. Better avoid here at The Cafe !

Menu has considerable reduced in options since COVID. But they added sorbet on the buffet menu - new stall where private dining used to be. Good addition. Salads were limited. And probably in this Pune heat we did not feel like eating too much also.

To start, food didn’t seem to be fresh. Chicken smelled. Fish wasn’t fresh. Tables weren’t clean. Even the restaurant floor wasn’t clean. I also encountered HAIR in my food (highly disappointing considering the kind of money we are charged) which was later on compensated by chicken fried rice. I was enjoying my stay at Hyatt Pune - Had a wonderful lunch at Ban Tao, while at it, I felt I should try the dinner buffet at Hyatt Regency which would be even better I thought (unfortunate for me). As I entered, I encountered absolutely unclean floor and uncleared tables and later on disappointing food, as mentioned earlier. I ordered White Russian which was very strong as compared to the same drink that I ordered earlier at Ban Tao, and after complaining about it to the bartender, he said that he followed the standard recipe and the drink cannot be returned which I feel, it should have happened. No one was even refilling the emptied chafing dishes. Very disappointed. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Try out eighty eight - Hyatt Pune, senses- Marriott suits or the spice kitchen - JW Marriott instead. Wasted my money here. Very few options. The 2nd star that I gave is only for the papdi chat (it was the only option available in chat).

Our family had a lunch at Hyatt Residency to celebrate my wife's birthday. Wide variety of food items and served hot at your table. They were gracious enough to provide birthday cake as a complimentary gift from them. Ambience worth visiting.

What a marvellous experience this was! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that the guests feel like royalty. I have never felt so cared for, and so special. The food - where to begin? The buffet had a spread of 15 - 20 desserts. Tell me, which other place does this? The attention to detail was just something else! The tiniest little detail on EVERY SINGLE piece was perfected. From the piping of the cream to the way the chocolate leaves and little meringue flowers were cut. Gosh! What finesse! My compliments to the chef. They’ve worked on and perfected their art. A live Italian counter? “Just let us know what you’d like - we can make all kinds of pastas”. Only in heaven would I have heard these words. Or in Italy. But this was neither. It was HERE, in Pune! What a delight! And they were good! We could tell they used only the highest quality ingredients. And again, their techniques were on-point. We watched as the head chef painstakingly directed his staff and prepared each dish with such precision, it was just hypnotic! Then of course, you had the usual Indian dishes with paneer this and chicken that. Didn’t try those, but they looked quite good too. I must make a special mention of the breads - even in plain view from where I sat, I could see about 7 different types of bread. 1 with soups, 1 with… God I wish I knew. All I understood was - I just struck a gold mine. How isn’t everyone talking about this!? I can’t stop raving! Oh and did I mention? I asked if they had ice cream and what flavours I could get - “We do have ice cream and you can get any flavour you like. Just let us know which one you want”. -was their answer. Erm, what!? How are they so generous? From prawn salads to the Thai curry and cheese and cracker plate, we got to experience about 3 different continents in the price of one! I’m so glad I went and checked it out. Can’t wait to go back for more!
