They provide all new members with a cohesive workout chart, a proper diet chart customised for your personal needs and also sufficient guidance by the trainer.
My personal trainer is Rakesh Naskar and he has been there to provide me with proper guidance and support while working out.
The involvement of gym owners could be better but apart from that I am absolutely satisfied with the gym. You Will get the value for your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Business101 tells you that the biggest catchment area for a small business like a local gym is the nearby locality. The owners, irrespective of the rich families they belong to, lack the educational depth because a simple Customer Research Analysis would have told them that the youngsters & many middle-aged women from the nearby posh Merlin properties & James Residency have strictly avoided this gym and prefer to travel 40mins to go to a gym inspite of TCF being next door..... All because of what happened to our beloved Ashmita di at the hands of the serial offender named Rakesh.... Double meaning jokes about soft/hard bananas, donuts and similar atrocious behaviour and this guy STILL has a job!!! Infact indiscipline has seeped into the DNA there. For instance - The tapori sweeper will follow you down the stairs to ask for your insta ID (as unbelievable as that sounds in today's age). An absolutely awful gym with no culture!
As someone hilariously asked below, NO THE ELECTRICIAN HAS STILL NOT REACHED TO REPAIR THE AC & LIGHTS IN 6 FRIGGIN MONTHS (check pics below)!! The owner has to be one of the most disinterested people of Planet Earth. Instead of creating snazzy videos and giving so much effort on marketing, if only the owners had focused on improving their product, there wouldn't be so much negativity around this gym! "We Believe in QUALITY Over Quantity".... LOL, Yeah right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is well equipped with all sorts of machines and other fitness equipments that will help you get into shape. Lockers and changing room is available for the benefit of the members. The trainers are great and will whip you into shape. Rakesh is my personal trainer and he is an awesome fitness coach who is excellent in guiding you towards your fitness goal. Overall, a great experience in this gym at a very affordable cost. I would highly recommend this gym.
