★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for breakfast. Ordered 3 continental meals. Each portion came out seperately (toast, then juice, then chai, then eggs). The eggs came out late, the toast was cold by then, and they made boiled eggs instead of fried eggs so they had to redo them. Again waited for each plate to come out individually. Slow and confused service from start to end with no manager to talk to about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant experience.Managers at front desk (Bhupender and Mr.Saxena) promised discounts and never gave it. No half rates for children up to 8 years of age but charged adult rates.
Desk managers not ready to give details of the bill. The worst and surprising element is that when we asked them to let someone speak to their Boss over the phone, they said their Boss isn't aware of how these deals work. Horrible Hospitality..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talking about the ambience it was quite nice to relax and enjoy your food. I have visited them couple of times and believe me each and every time their food taste good enough to be called delicious. They have a variety of items to choose from either from veg or non-veg. I have ordered tandoori chicken i it was soo nice that i loved it. Their desert segment is also good and quite impressive specially GULAB JAMUM. Now talking about the value for money it seems to deliver 80% of what you paid however it is my personal opinion yours can be different. OVERALL I HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I LIKE THE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience. Servers do not have basic idea about serving food. They do not know difference between appetizer and main course. We had to call them again and again.
Food - appetizer we're good in taster, main course chicken preparation was awful. Gravy wasn't cooked properly and meat was not tender.
When we shared our feedback , only a cold apology was given however manager wasn't ready to accept that the food was not proper.
Overall - A very bad experience
