★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chembur gymkhana has more security guards than members who behave very rudely with guests! They stand there like bouncers as if they are guarding the Taj Mahal. It’s not like movie stars visit the gym to need so many rude guards. I want to ask the board members that’s it’s common sense to note that why would any educated guest enter the gymkhana without paying or without a member’s prior arrangement and payment for the guest. This is no way to treat a guest! Even animals are treated better! Very lousy experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice newly renovated swimming pool. Great ambience with delicious food. Waiters are extremely courteous and attentive. Very strict enforcement of Covid precautions including temperature check for all members and their guests. Very limited parking availability.

One has to be a member or guest to enjoy this awesome experience.
The restaurant at Chembur Gymkhana is awesome.
Ambience is decent, service is friendly, .
There are two parts of the club -- the old and the new, adjacent -- but not much difference in the restaurants in each part.
The poolside tables in the old part offer a good outdoor experience. For dinner, though, we preferred to sit inside the restaurant.
Dinner by the pool side is highlight, although sometimes it is difficult to find a place there.
The menu in the restaurants had options -- Chinese and Indian. Service was prompt.
The food was tasty. Pricing is extremely reasonable Less expensive than clubs in South Mumbai.
The Catering is conducted by the reputed Jewel of Chembur group of restaurants.
Besides the restaurant, there are a lot of other sporting activities,
like squash, badminton, tennis, swimming, cricket and indoor games like pool, cards etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chembur Gymkhana is a modest but extremely popular place. There are everyday regulars who frequent the place on a daily basis and the weekend family crowd. The bar is a very popular haunt and the club is known for its kitchen and signature dishes.
