★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best for hangout with friends. They have seating area backside..Good taste , different n unique names ...A very unique style of cones. Presentation was amazing n atmosphere is really friendly. Staff is humble n sweet , they only gave us suggestions about food n it really turn out well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's unexpectedly in a sorry state. The cussions sitting had dust. Half of the items from menu were out of stock. And in that what ever we ordered, he forgot 2 items in that. When we rang bell he was busy chatting. Disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What i love about this place is a cozy beautiful back yard seating with sareen music and vibrant colors. This place has some amazing home made bread savouries and desserts. Its a perfect place to take your valentine for a good dessert!
The place is easy to locate and has cool ambience. food is amazing and so is the service.
spacious seating with good take away options too. They also home deliver. Its a child friendly place, parking is easily available.
We tried:-
Mexican chimney:- This chimney is made with beans and different Mexican sauces and tinge of salsa. Its a must try.
Paneer bhurji chimney:- Paneer is meshed and mixed with Indian spices to make a perfect blend.
Paneer makhani chimney:- Paneer Makhani is filled in the bread cone. I loved this one the most.
Tasmanian devil:- Its a perfect dessert to have. This one is made with chocolate ice cream and brownie chunks.
Bounty:- This one gives similar taste as bounty chocolate. Its medium sweet with coconuty taste.
The concept is just too good. Bread is made right in front of you, so fresh!
Would love to visit this place soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chimney Factor is a hidden gem and a very underrated place located in Shivaji Park. This outlet looks pretty small and can go unnoticed but they have the friendliest staff, amazing seating and ambiance which get revealed after a small walk and some of the best food I have had in a long time. This place took me by surprise with the kind of food they provided me.

We started with a Dum Aloo Savoury Chimney Cone which was absolutely delicious and super hot. The Dum Aloo sabzi was cooked with perfect mix of spices and it tasted amazing while having it with the cone. The quantity of the gravy was sufficient for 2 people to share and have it. The cone had perfect crunch and it was pretty easy to consume it. For the dessert we went with their bestseller called Tasmanian Devil Chimney Cone. For a person like me who has food from various restaurant atleast 225 days in a year, it is very rare that I get my mind blown by insanely good food as I analyze every single element in detail. The first bite of Tasmanian Devil and I fell in love with every single element of it. I can definitely say it would be in top 10 desserts I have had in my entire life. The taste of the entire dish was so unique, it was hard to imagine Chocolate could taste the way they made it. The best part is the Ice cream which they make it themselves and it is the best chocolate ice cream I have had till today. The brownie pieces are absolutely gooey and they melt in your mouth. Lastly the cone with chocolate on the outer part was like the best end to this insanely good dessert. I genuinely wish I didn’t have to share this with anyone.
This place has some of the best food and one must experience this place. I am definitely visiting again to have other bestselling dishes here!

Whilst the place may not look like much from the street, it houses much more.
There is no parking as the restaurant is located on the street itself. But space can be found in the back lanes across the road.
The outer section that faces the street is the main cooking area and fairly small, housing just 2 two-person high seating
Through the back door is a small open air courtyard with seats for smoking along with a wash basin and toilet.
The rear AC seating is much larger with a variety of seating options. The area also has a set of group games. They are not in the best condition but their presence can make a group outing much more fun.
There is music playing over the speakers which you can ask the staff to turn off.
The staff themselves are courteous and helpful and the service is relatively quick.
Coming to the food. The savoury cones are delicious. With my recommendation going to the Paneer Makhani and Creamy Corn and Spinach. Whilst they may not look big, they are filling.
Each code is served in a wrapper with a surrounding drip tray (do not neglect it as you may end up with a mess)
Each freshly made cone is hot and full of flavour.
The dessert cones are excellent too. With my recommendation to the Red Velvet.
The variety of options means that a visit could be for just dessert or a full meal.
Prices are slightly on the high side.
But personally I would make many return trips.
It is good for a solo meal, date or a group outing.
