★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a red velvet and found it to be stale. It tasted sour. Not trustworthy store at all. Upon complaining he refused to take my calls. Next time i meet him its gonna be nasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received expired cold drinks and chocolates with no dates. Is this the so called 'The Chocolate Room'? Brand is not international but prices are and yet they do such malicious practices of selling harmful products to customer through 50% sales on food delivery app to clear and liquidify the expired stock instead of disposing the same. In other countries they could face lawsuits for playing with consumer's health. They should be thankful they are in India and making money through loopholes in the system. I would insist every consumer that never judge a book by it's cover (do not judge a restaurant by it's brand name and infrastructure). Behind the scene, any restaurant could be playing with your priceless health and precious money. A first experience with TCR shows a ground reality of food industry in metro cities that they can be corrupt to any extent and they like to target corporate sections to make money by all means. A vicious circle! Look at the attached pictures. This happened last night with me.
