★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst cafe in Bangalore. Arrogant staff.
While dine-in, they don’t have any delivery time ETA. Most of the time customers have to wait for 30-45 min for small orders like tea/coffee.
They have their own bakery and another worst thing is they used to sell food products like bread/cookies without any manufacturing/expiry date which is illegal. While asking about the reason behind selling food product without labelling their staff used to fight with customers as well.
Not at all recommended! It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed by the behaviour of a staff. I go to the cafe everyday for breakfast and being a regular customer I faced an issue which was not expected when today I went to have tea. I asked whether the adraki chai is freshly made and the reply I got from the staff was very arrogant and told me that it was made hour before, if you don't want it then have coffee. I asked if fresh tea can be made for two, but he straight away denied rudely.
You lost a customer permanently today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Club Cafe staff wants there customers to go unhappy from there cafe each time. Highly disappointed with the staff behaviour and there services. Came here for a Sunday breakfast, checked with the staff if they can give me the breakfast in time and I specifically asked the lady on the counter if it will take time and I was told it won't. The served sambar and dosa was not all warm, and on top of that they took 25 mins for a dosa. I am also stopping my weekly subscription henceforth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my family to the cafe and I ordered fried rice and Gobi Manchurian. The food was very good and yummy. And also, i ordered some pastries and muffins. It's really tasty. Very good service. The club cafe is one of my favourite place to enjoy with my family. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 'Grilled Sundried Tomato Basil Sandwich' today. After 20 mins of waiting for my food, I received a sandwich that had processed cheese slice instead of melted cheddar and normal tomato slices instead of sun-dried tomatoes. Outright fooling the customer. The only reason I accepted the food was the fact that my wife was having a migraine and desperately needed to eat something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting white field for some work and the person I was meeting with got held up with something, me and my friend were just craving for some tea and snacks when we saw this place, we decided to order the two black coffees and two burgers at first we didn't expect much, but as soon as the coffee was served the aroma filled the room and the coffee was beautifully roasted, now the burger is served the first bite was promising and the second bite had us tears, it had been like a really long time since I had a burger of this quality the patty was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the vegetables and sauces were balanced amazingly, i could tell that the burger took effort in making. We loved the burger so much we ordered another the very moment and surprisingly the consistency was flawless. The service was on point and really friendly servers we were handled by Mr Shoaib.
The staff and brand has my gratitude.
