★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Becarefull while giving your laptop for repair ...in my case i gave them a brand new hp laptop for hinges replacement..they misplaced my ram and attached a faulty ram after follow up i got back since i had kept images of all my system configurations...after getting my laptop back some of the keys stopped working like my both shift key...looks attached broken retainer in...so think before going for repair
surprising that after repair most of the my keys stopped working and even repair is not done well..
in short
lost money, working laptop and for buying new laptop again ill loose money.
I made a big mistake to go for repairing at this computer shop...
please be careful...
