I was on a short visit to Pune and was facing issues with my office laptop. Having known Prashant for few years for his dependable services, I was not at all disappointed again , as he sorted my issue in a very short time.
Infact we could also purchase a new laptop for personal use wherein the specs we needed within the budget was duly arranged by him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all a heartfelt thanks to Prashant (owner of the store) for always being so helpful and provide time-bound professional service at all times for quite a few years now.
Sharing an instance, recently I was in Andhra Pradesh and my laptop faced a breakdown and as it is being a high end HP-Spectre laptop, I was a bit skeptical about getting it repaired at some unknown place but still i submitted it to a renowned store with assurance of my friend but to my surprise they did not get it repaired for over 2 months and then unable to wait further I brought it back and sent to Computer Studio by courier.
When it was opened, we realized that the store guy was totally unprofessional and broke a lot of connectors from within and further detoriated the condition of the motherboard.
It was no less than a miracle, despite having such stringent lockdown in Pune, Prashant got it repaired and fixed in less than a week and got my system properly functioning there after. I strongly recommend Computer Studio to all of you as they consider the work as not just a priority but also add a personal touch by understanding our concerns and situations rightly.

I have taken their support in the past for purchase of 2 new HP laptops, upgrade of 1 Lenovo laptop and also for repairs of my HP laser printer. Have always ended being happy with their service.
