Reena ma'am has been so helpful with managing my anxiety issues and mood swings. She helped me understand the underlying issues that caused anxiety and honestly it's like opening windows and letting in fresh air in a suffocating room. Her bachflower medicine has also helped me alot. 10/10 would recommend to anyone struggling with mental health issues.
