★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a horrible shopping experience at crockery palace. The shop had amazing collection of items but the sales people in the shop were very lazy to pack items. They were so disorganized and don't have basic courtesy to handle the customers. They were unable to locate the packaging boxes of the items we selected. After collecting payment they refused to have boxes for packing the gift. They even refused to pay back the money. They were very unprofessional and I would never recommend that shop to anyone. I really had one of the worst shopping experience.
