β β β β β Very unprofessional behavior and cheats,
I ordered 2 photo cakes 2 pounds each worth almost 4000/- from them, they don't have Courtsey to give atleast knife and candles along with cake.
Also cake seems like 1.5 pounds instead of 2 pounds, the guy (Mr. Monu Kumar meena) promised to give some cake firework along with this good sized order, but later they denied.
I was a regular customer of crust, but I have to think now.

β β β β β Quality and taste of products is below standard of a normal bakery. I have tried multiple items from this bakery by just thinking that this item might taste good but every time below expectations. One callout is that the items placed in the counter looks good but they taste not so good.

Were kind enough to deliver cake at home when we were getting late. Sugar-free Fruit cake was awesome and liked by everyone
