★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Forget about designer blouse they do not know how to stitch a normal blouse..gave a blouse. dint fit at all, twice I went to them still they couldn't rectify that. When I asked for simple Dori she refuses
Saying we do not have the blouse material now. Overpriced, that too they can't do small alterations if required. Really disheartened!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and highly overpriced. They charged me 6K They delayed my bridal blouse by 3 days and made me wait till 1030 PM without notice. On top of that Rekha the designer here argued saying she can't afford giving me a discount as she needs to pay the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and redicolous shop. If there was Zero star I would have rated it. Here owner is never bothered of taking the ownership of the stitching of clothes. If something goes wrong she will blame her tailors and in turn the beautiful dress you had given would be spoiled. I paid a bomb of 12k for few dresses which my wife loved and wanted to wear them once ready but this great lady without ownership and her so called tailors (worst) have spoiled all the dresses. She never listens to what customer is expecting but the end product will be of her own choice. Highly negligent and careless people. Give for stitching and she will say 1 week. But after 3 weeks also after reminders she will give clothes half stitched. This so pathetic and irresponsible people. Worst worst.. Will not recommend a single person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an awesome and fantastic designer boutique with lot of varieties in terms of collections - Western, Ethnic and Own Creations.
Rekha is a very friendly, understanding and jovial in nature and with her customers in rendering high quality service; meeting the highest expectations and needs of her customers. I would rate a 5 on 5 and recommend to my friends and family to stitch their clothing and spread the good word of mouth !!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally 3 magical words for both Owner & Boutique -

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see many here with the same problems as me. I have no issues with Rekha.. she has a friendly demeanour and is easy to approach. The work is absolutely unprofessional. I've been kept waiting to get tops for 2 months with excuses like festivals, no power at the tailors place and he went travelling somewhere. She commits a deadline and then doesn't keep it herself. Even I've had situations where she's given a blouse on the day of a function I intended to wear it, I had to wait and even delayed leaving to the function just to find out that it's ill fitting. She spends hours suggesting ideas, we decide on something I share sample pics of the pattern we discussed then the outfit comes designed as per her wishes. I give it back saying this is not what we discussed, she agrees and then takes weeks to return it again designed as she pleases. And has the nerve to charge for it as well. Screwed up one dress of mine that she offered to buy the cloth and redo it. Goes ahead and buys the cloth without sending me a picture or checking with me. Ideally when you are replacing cloth for me I should be able to see what she gets before she starts stitching it.
And as someone rightly said, she keeps blaming her tailor. If that's the case we rather be directly dealing with the tailor. If She's the designer in charge it's her responsibility to ensure that her tailor produces the work she's committed to her customers. Such a ridiculous waste of my time and money.

Rekha is very friendly and understands the needs of the customers and delivers the designs as per our needs and she suggest which is good and gives a clear picture of what the outcome will be. Her designs are awesome be it traditional or western. The dresses or delivered on time sometimes even earlier. I' ve 'been coming to this boutique for the past seven years and am happy with it.
