★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even in good brand cycles too many issues started after one week only of buying a higher range cycle. They pushed the cycle they wanted to sell even after me asking for specific brand and models that they also had in display, but the salesman kept saying they're bad, they have problems, take my advice and pushed me a more expensive cycle saying, if you don't like it, come again after a couple of months and we'll replace it with what you want.
My cycle is on service with them for 4 days, I called them everyday and they didn't know the status of my service and said they'll call back with details, but nobody called back. Now they're not even picking up my phone neither on the service center number nor on the store owner number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: Udpate: April 22, 2022 - I went to get my rear hub serviced again, which had been previously serviced at The Cycle World, and to our surprised we discovered that the cycle technician had placed 9 bearings on one side of the hub and 10 on the other, creating an unbalanced wheel. This is the carelessness of the technicians at cycle world. If you care about your bike, don't get it serviced here.
I went to service my my hubs on my Surly, i wanted some new grease and new bearings. To start, the service technician decided to stuff in new grease without taking out the bearings and cleaning out the old grease from the hub, I had to point it out for him to "truly" service the hub. My axle on my rear hub is slightly worn out so he suggested we replace the axle with a shorter version. I asked him if that would be right, he replied, "of course." Then he tried to fit and it didn't work. He ended up taking the wheel off four times because he did not know how to put a rear hub back together -- it was all "learn by experiment." He ended blaming another technician who had assisted him for the problem, till another technician had to come and correct his work. When it was done the spacing on the drive train side between the smallest cog and frame was wider than usual. I told him it was too wide, and showed all spacing on all the bikes on display but he insisted he was right. There was no reflective understanding that he could be wrong, even after his work was corrected multiple times. When I left, he said, "We sell bikes worth 5 lakhs." (They are the Trek distributor) No thank you, I would not want to spend 5 lakhs at a bike shop that does not have qualified technicians and does not even have a bike stand to work on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever place for SERVICING your cycle, I gave my 25k worth cycle for the servicing here for the first time, first of all they took 4 days to return me back my cycle!! Let me describe you properly guys:
1) After I received my cycle, i noticed that they didn't even washed my cycle properly, as i can see dirt around gear, brakes and paddles, they just wiped my cycle.
2) They didn't even inflated my tire, i can clearly see that my tire pressure was same as it was before servicing! FOR GOD SAKE, Did you even serviced my cycle in these 4 days !??
3) Now comes the MAJOR issue, They Spoiled my Disc brake pad!! Yes they litterely did! Some of their worker might have touched my disc brake plate with oily hands and further the oil was absorbed by the brake pads. And when I told them about this issue, the staff rejected it by saying it is not done by their side!!
SO YOU MEAN TO SAY THAT I HAVE INTENTIONALLY SPOILED MY BRAKE ??
Later their staff wiped the brake pad using soap water and said brakepad will be normal in a day or two! And guys believe me I use to go to their shop consecutively for 1 week and they always make nonsense reasons about brake pad! The owner too was irresponsive for my case! After a week I have to get changed my brake pads!
PLZ DON'T CONSIDER THIS SHOP FOR SERVICING YOUR CYCLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all happy with service of cycle world. First they said they will bring cycle from there Godown in 5 to 10 minutes and later it took 40 to 45 minutes.
Secondlay they deliverd cyle with broken handle cover.
They didnt even have proper sitting arrangememt for customers.
Customer service should improve.
