Beautiful Center pieces, lamps vases, figurines etc.love their victorian collection .awesome look, unique designs great quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After buying online for years I thought of visiting the Galleria store as I needed to buy a gift on very short notice for a friends new house. While I have always loved their designs and decor pieces my in-store experience was below expectations. Bought some decor items and requested the staff if a gift wrap was possible. The staff said they don't have wrapping paper. I asked for a carry bag which was not available either, smaller bags were available however they were inadequate for the piece I bought. Finally as a feedback I politely requested the staff to keep wrapping papers and bags as many people come to the store to buy gifts, to this I was rudely reminded that they are not a gift shop. I left with a bare box in my hand and had to look for other places to get it wrapped. If you are looking for gifts then please carry a bag and wrapping paper as the store doesn't provide either of these. Don't even dare to request for gift wrap as they will let lose their staff on you. I suggest save yourself from all the hassle, just buy online or find an alternate store.

As I walked into the Galleria store, I was right away welcomed with a supportive smile by all the staff! They made me feel very comfortable by solving all my silly queries about dinner plates and wine glasses. Not only did I receive excellent customer service, but I also got a high-quality product with a considerable deal. I will be a customer for life.
