★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse management, calls all patiets ata a same time and keeps them waiting for hours together like 4 to 5 hrs inspite of being prior appointment. Moreover the callous staffs handover reports to wrong person thereby increases chances of getting wrong report and cause of spreading infection.
At first you wait for examination for 3 to 5 hrs then wait for the report for 30 minutes to 2hrs or come next day for same report.
Find other clinc for your patients convenience of suffer at your risk.
Very disappointed and angry?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most pathetic services, I can’t imagine a small bill required 1.3 hrs, no online payment, the stuffs act like they got the online prescription for the first time, no co-operation at all, no social distance, but they are more cautious about maintaining the bike parking. Towards the authority, please change your behaviour and use your mobile for the good purpose like online payment and other facilities instead of having game, whatsapp and facebook on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair clinical services,X-Ray, USG, Blood Test Reports, PFT etc. All done here with care. Service charges also reliable. The Dr.Datta's Clinic is mainly in name of famous Diabetes and Endocrinologist specialist of Chandannagar Dr. Shantanu Datta, in present still he served patients by reviewing medical reports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good diagnostics center at Chandannagar. Almost all clinical services (X-ray, Blood Reports, USG, CT Scan etc.) are done here. Service Charges are reasonable and reports are trustworthy. But need to improve on the process and reduce the waiting period. Also there should be token system so that the patients who comes first get the services first.
